Appointments

To schedule an appointment call the clinic location most convenient for you.  If you have questions regarding fees, scheduling, or insurance coverage you will find our receptionists most helpful. 

If you wish to speak to a therapist before scheduling ask our receptionist and she will arrange it. 

If you wish to ask a question by e-mail write to question@oakpsych.com.  There is no charge for this service; however, please remember that we can only discuss issues in a general way and cannot give specific advice for your particular situation. If you are already a patient at OPC or elsewhere, we advise you to discuss your concern with your therapist rather than e-mailing us. 

Have an appointment scheduled and want to complete the paperwork before you come into our office? Print them at home, fill them out, then bring them to your appointment.  Adults or Adolescents and Children.
